About this Research Project
Professors Peter Gahan & Damien Power
This project examines the role of management and workplace leadership in improving take-up of new technologies proven to have a marked influence on supply chain efficiency. Existing research shows that the absence of key management capabilities and behaviours often creates barriers to efficient take-up of new technologies across the supply chain. This project aims to examine how these barriers can be overcome and how to improve technology that supports supply chain visibility, productivity and competitiveness.
The client is Australian not-for-profit organisation working with nine companies across three different supply chains, in FMCG, retail and metals.
