Monica joined the CWL team in August 2016. As part of the Hallmark Ageing Research Initiative, Monica primarily worked on research that looks social attitudes towards older workers in the Australian context.
Monica completed her Honours year in Psychology at Swinburne University – her thesis topic looked at the statistical issues surrounding personality trait measurement, as applied to the area of occupational stress in the Australian context.
Prior to studying Psychology, Monica completed a double degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources major) and a Bachelor of Music (Classical Singing Performance) at Monash University. Her prior experience involves work in Human Resources and Recruitment industries.
Outside of work and study, Monica enjoys volunteering her time as a HR Manager at a not-for-profit organisation that looks to improve education and health outcomes for disadvantaged students in the Western suburbs.
