About this Research Project

Innovation is not just about new technology, products and services – it’s also about new ways of doing things. Managers today must balance ongoing tensions between implementing new technology, products and organisational processes with creating high quality outcomes for the business and employees. This leadership challenge is even more complex and critical across integrated supply chains. This research theme focuses on how leadership can guide technological innovation and its implementation, reduce business risks and enable more effective management as the consequence of change.
