Emma has over 15 years experience in transformation and change across a diverse set of challenges in particular: merger and acquisition, workforce strategy and planning, leadership alignment, and cultural transformation.
The common thread across all of these aspects is Emma's passion for building and leading high performing teams. Emma is a key sponsor for PwC's own High Performing Teams approach which is used to shape how PwC teams form and work at the top of their game. She also leads the learning and development approach for PwC's People team of circa 450 practitioners where the philosophy is to combine both technical and 'softer' skills, such as mindfulness. Her main aim is to ensure that we realise the potential of our people and most importantly that they realise the potential of themselves.
